As soon as your diploma is available, we will send you an email, so you can collect it. If you think your diploma is taking too long or simply you want to know the status of your application, you have 2 options:

1.- You may ask at the Students Management Service.
2.- You may access the printing Company Website, using your id and your birth date, to know the status of your application.

If you have received the above-mentioned email and you live far from Cadiz, you have 3 options:

1. I want to collect my diploma in a Spanish Embassy or Consulate.
2. I want to collect my diploma in another Spanish province.
3. I want to collect my diploma in Algeciras.

If you have received the above-mentioned email and you want to collect your diploma in Cadiz

We are open from Monday to Friday from 9 to 14.

Please, do not forget to wear your mask and to bring your passport or ID card. If you are collecting another person’s diploma, you need a power of attorney from that person.

You must request an appointment prior to the collection of your diploma.

Please, be aware that our offices will remain closed during August. Check all our public holidays.
