We remind you that the study rooms were made accessible as a complementary space to help you study outside the opening hours of the UCA Library facilities and buildings.

ACADEMIC YEAR 2022/23

In order to guarantee the safety of the users and the staff , the following HOUSE RULES  have been established for the use of study rooms:

1. Only graduates and undergraduates at the University of Cadiz or other universities may use the facilities

2. In order to use the facilities, students do not need to make any prior application – they just need to show their  university card ID at the door.

3. At the end of their stay, students must remove all their belongings in order to facilitate the cleaning process.

4. Under no circumstances avalability of rooms is guaranteed.

5. Only consumption of water and isotonic or similar drinks is allowed. Alcohol and/or food are not allowed.

6. Students must keep quiet while using the study rooms, as well as keep an appropriate civic behaviour, respecting other users of the rooms.

7. Failure to comply with the aforementioned measures or disregarding the instructions of control or security personnel will lead to immediate expulsion from the facilities,; students will also be penalised by not being allowed to use the rooms again, without prejudice to the legal or disciplinary responsibility derived from such acts.
