Visiting National Students

The University of Cadiz provides Spanish nationals with the opportunity to enroll as visiting students in its undergraduate courses. This program allows students to register for individual courses without pursuing an official university degree. However, upon successful completion of the coursework and evaluation, a certificate of grades can be issued upon request.

1. REGISTRATION

  • To register, please submit your request through the CAU (Center for User Support) of the Student Services Area using the following link: https://cau-alumnos.uca.es/cau/servicio.do?id=O133.
  • You will need to attach the required documentation through the CAU portal.
  • Once your request is processed, you will receive confirmation to proceed with enrollment.

2. REGISTRATION DATES

  • From July 1 to July 31 (first semester course/s).
  • From January 10 to 20 (second semester course/s).

3. ENROLLMENT

  • Enrollment will be completed once your application has been approved. After submitting your application, you will receive a payment receipt attached to the initial application.
  • If, for any reason,  you decide not to take advantage of your National Visitor status, please contact the Alumni and International Relations Management Area.

4. PRICE

  • 45 €/credit.
  • 50% discount for seniors over 65 years old or retired individuals under 65 years old.
  • 80% discount for students who have completed the two cycles of the Aula Universitaria de Mayores.

 

5. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

  • There are no access requirements for graduates in either of the two cycles of the University of Cadiz’s Senior University Classroom (Aula Universitaria de Mayores).
  • For all others, completion of studies that grant access to the University is required.
